500 g frieten dienen ongeveer 5 minuten op 190° gefrituurd te worden. Haal de mand uit
de olie maar open het deksel niet.
Wacht tot het temperatuurlampje opnieuw uitgaat, laat de mand opnieuw zakken en
frituur nog ongeveer 2 minuten.
Haal de mand omhoog en laat de frieten uitlekken.
Om een optimaal resultaat te behalen kan u de frieten even met een absorberend
papier afdeppen om de overtollige olie te verwijderen.
De frituurtijd kan lichtjes variëren naargelang het soort aardappel en de dikte van de
frieten.
Diepvriesfrieten
Maximum gewicht 750 g
Volg de instructies op de verpakking.
Uienringen
Frituurtijd ongeveer 3 minuten op 160°C
Pel en snijd de uien. Verdeel de stukken in ringen.
Dompel de uienringen in gekruide melk.
Bestrooi ze met bloem
Leg de ringen naast elkaar in de frituurmand en frituur er telkens enkele per keer.
Gepaneerde champignons
Frituurtijd : 3 minuten op 160° C
Klop 1 ei en dompel de champignons hierin.
Rol ze door paneermeel.
Leg ze naast elkaar in de frituurmand en frituur er telkens enkele per keer.
Tongreepjes
Frituurtijd : 2 à 3 minuten op 170° C
Snijd de tongfilet in smalle reepjes. Bestrooi ze met bloem.
Dompel de reepjes in geklopt ei en rol ze door paneermeel.
Leg ze naast elkaar in de frituurmand en frituur er telkens enkele per keer.
