Préparation:
Coupez en rondelles les carottes et le blanc des poireaux.
Découpez deux grandes feuilles d’aluminium, repartissez les légumes sur chaque feuille,
couvrez les darnes de saumon de feuilles d’estragon.
Nappez de trois cuillères de crème par papillotes.
Faites cuire 20 minutes.
BLANC DE POULET AUX TOMATES (4 personnes)
4 filets de poulet
2 tomates
1 gousse d’ail
4 tranches de Comté
800 g de pomme de terres
1 bouquet d’aneth
Préparation :
Coupez les tomates en dés, hachez l’aneth et l’ail.
Mettez les pommes de terre (après les avoir épluché et lavé), dans le panier inférieur du
cuiseur vapeur, répartissez l’aneth.
Mettez les blancs de poulet, préalablement essuyés, dans le panier a riz et ce dernier
dans le bac supérieur du cuiseur vapeur.
Mettez les tomates et l’ail, puis les tranches de Comté sur les blancs de poulet.
Faite cuire durant 35 minutes.
FLAN AU CARAMEL (4 personnes)
4 dl de lait
200 g de sucre
3 œufs
Vanille
Préparation :
Mettez dans une casserole 100 g de sucre et une cuillère d'eau.
Faite un caramel. Appliquez le caramel au fond et autour de 4 ramequins.
Battez les œufs avec le sucre restant, ajoutez le lait chaud et parfumez avec la vanille.
Versez la crème dans les ramequins, et couvrez-les d'un film alimentaire.
Cuisez-les 20 min.
Laissez refroidir et démoulez sur une assiette.
BANANES SURPRISES (2 personnes)
2 grosses bananes
50 g de raisins secs
1 cuillère de Grand Marnier
1 orange
25 g de sucre en poudre
