Preparación:
Corte en rodajas las zanahorias y el blanco de los puerros.
Corte dos hojas de aluminio grandes, reparta las verduras sobre cada hoja, ponga
encima las rodajas de salmón cubiertas con las hojas de estragón.
Unte cada rodaja con 3 cucharas de nata líquida y cierre el aluminio.
Dejar cocer durante 20min.
PECHUGAS DE POLLO CON TOMATE (4 personas)
4 pechugas de pollo
2 tomates
1 diente de ajo
4 lonchas de queso duro
800gr de patatas
1 ramillete de eneldo
Preparación:
Corte los tomates en dados, pique el eneldo y el ajo.
Ponga las patatas (tras haberlas pelado y lavado) en la cesta inferior de la olla a vapor, y
reparta el eneldo.
Ponga las pechugas de pollo, en la cesta para el arroz y esta en la cesta superior.
Ponga los tomates y el ajo, y las lonchas de queso sobre las pechugas de pollo.
Tiempo de cocción 35 minutos.
FLAN DE CARAMELO (4 personas)
4dl de leche
200 gr. de azucar
3 huevos
vainilla
Preparación:
Prepare el caramelo en cazuela con 100gr. de azúcar y una cuchara de agua.
Ponga el caramelo al fondo de 4 moldes.
Bata los huevos con el azúcar restante, añada la leche caliente y eche la vainilla.
Vierta la crema en los moldes y cúbralos con papel de aluminio.
Tiempo de cocción 20mn
Déjelo enfriar y vuelque el contenido del molde sobre un plato
PLATANOS "SORPRESA" (2 personas)
2 plátanos grandes
50g de pasas secas
1 cucharada de Grand Marnier
1 naranja
25 gr. de azúcar en polvo
