Non usare sostanze liquide speciali per accelerare la cottura. L’apparecchio non deve
essere scaldato da una fonte di calore che non sia la resistenza. L’apparecchio non deve

I preparati composti con olio o grassi possono prendere fuoco se troppo surriscaldati.

MONTAGGIO DELL’APPARECCHIO (cf. pagina 2, disegno )
1. Rovesciare il sopporto della graticola e fissare i 4 piedi negli imbuchi di caucciù,
rispettando l’angolo dei piedi descritto qui sopra .
2. Poi fissare il vassoio centrale con le vite fornite. Stare attenti a posizionare i dadi ad alette
verso l’esterno.
3. Rimettere l’apparecchio dritto per verificare la sua stabilità.
Si può utilizzare l’apparecchio pure senza piedi. In quel caso, sistemarlo direttamente su un
tavolo o una superficie stabile, per evitare che cada. Starà quindi sui piedi di caucciù che gli
consentono di non slittare e permettono di non graffiare il sopporto.
L’apparecchio possiede un dispositivo che permette regolare la griglia su 3 livelli per ottenere
una cottura più o meno veloce. Al livello inferiore, gli alimenti saranno molto cotti
velocemente e ai livelli medio e superiore, la cottura sarà più lenta. Per questo, basta
posizionare la griglia nei quattro imbuchi previsti a questo fine sull’apparecchio e regolare
l’altezza desiderata (cf. pagina 2, disegno ).
PRIMA DI ACCENDERE L’APPARECCHIO PER LA PRIMA VOLTA
Pulire la griglia e gli accessori (vedere il paragrafo “PULIZIA E MANUTENZIONE”). Consigliamo di
scaldare l’apparecchio durante 10 minuti senza cibo per eliminare i residui eventuali e l’odore
di « nuovo ».

- Se si vuole ricuperare il sugo della carne, sistemare il vassoio ricuperatore di sugo in
fondo al supporto della griglia senza aggiungere acqua.
