COMPOTA DE MORANGOS

Tempo de cozedura: 1:20
O programa permite fazer compotas facilmente.
Corte as frutas em pedaços de 1cm. Não utilize açúcar normal mas sim açúcar especial para
compotas que se encontra nos comércios.
Depois de carregar no botão START/STOP, o aparelho esquentará (assim o aparelho será
activo depois do tempo de pre-aquecimento).
Ingredientes:
900gr com morangos frescos cortados em pedaços de 1cm.
500gr com açúcar especial para compotas
1 colher de sopa com sumo de limão.
1. Meça os ingredientes com muita precisão e verta-os na forma.
2. Coloque a forma correctamente no aparelho. Feche a tampa.
3. Escolha o programa desejado
4. Prema a tecla START/STOP.
5. Com a ajuda das luvas de cozinha retire a forma do aparelho após a cozedura.
6. Verta a compota num frasco limpo e esterilizado. Feche-o com uma tampa esterilizada.
Guarde a compota no frigorífico.

Tempo de cozedura: 2:50
Escolha esta função para a massa de bolos.
Ingredientes:
8 colheres de sopa com manteiga
8 colheres de sopa com açúcar
5 ovos
1 ½ taça medidora com farinha para toda a utilização
1 ½ colher de sopa com sumo de limão
1 ½ colher de café com fermento químico (baking powder)
Conselho: Durante a mistura, raspe as paredes do recipiente para assegurara uma mistura
homogénea.
1. Meça os ingredientes com muita precisão e verta-os na forma para o pão respeitando a
ordem por que vêm na receita( ingredientes líquidos em primeiro lugar).
2. Coloque a forma correctamente no aparelho para cozer pão. Feche a tampa.
3. Escolha o programa desejado.
4. Comprima a tecla START.
5. Com as luvas da cozinha retire o pão da forma após a cozedura.
6. Deixe arrefecer o pão sobre uma grelha durante mais ou menos uma hora antes de o
cortar.
