38 Problèmes / solutions
La cafetière ne produit pas de
vapeur.
La buse vapeur ne produit pas
d’eau.
• La cafetière n’était pas encore chaude.
• Buse vapeur et/ou tube vapeur encrassé(e).
La cafetière ne produit pas ou
trop peu de café et il n’est pas
possible de sortir la capsule.
• Il arrive que la cafetière ne perfore pas correctement la capsule.
Dans ce cas, le porte–capsule se bloque pendant quelques instants.
Attendez 2 minutes environ et essayez à nouveau de retirer la capsule.
Les touches vapeur et expresso
clignotent, mais apparemment,
il ne se passe rien.
• La cafetière refroidit pour passer de la température de production de vapeur
à la température de préparation du café. Vous pouvez raccourcir la procédure à
une vingtaine de secondes en procédant de la façon décrite au point «Après avoir
fait mousser du lait – purger la vapeur».
Impossible de modifier
la quantité d’eau.
• La quantité d’eau ne doit pas être inférieure au minimum de 25 ml.
Voir chapitre «Réglage de la force du café».
Toutes les touches clignotent. • Il ne s’agit pas d’un défaut, car toutes les touches clignotent avant la première
utilisation. Procédez de la façon décrite dans la brochure spécifique jointe
«Mise en service».
• Un dysfonctionnement s’est produit. Eteignez et rallumez la cafetière.
• Purgez la cafetière – voir chapitre «En cas de non–utilisation prolongée,
rincer la cafetière».
