• 5 cullerades soperes de xarop de fruites o 4
cullerades soperes de xarop de flors.

• 1 iogurt natural o 1 sobre de ferment
• 1 litre de llet

• 2 rodanxes de pinya
• 4 cullerades soperes de suc de pinya
Nota:la fruita fresca pot ser molt àcida, la qual cosa mata els ferments i pot impedir fer iogurts; si és
el cas, afegiu la fruita just abans de consumir-los o cuineu-la abans.
• 1 litre de llet

• 3 cullerades soperes de xocolata o xicoira de
cafè en pols.
• 1 litre de llet
• 1 iogurt natural o 1 sobre de ferment
• 4 cullerades soperes de melmelada.
Buideu el iogurt o el ferment en un recipient.
Afegiu el xarop i aboqueu a poc a poc la llet sense
deixar de remenar la preparació. Buideu la barreja
als pots.
Buideu el iogurt o el ferment en un recipient i
barregeu amb la llet. Aboqueu la barreja als pots.
Talleu les rodanxes en daus i distribuïu-los en els
pots. Buideu el iogurt o ferment en un recipient,
afegiu a poc a poc la llet i el suc. Aboqueu la
barreja als pots.
Variants: també podeu utilitzar maduixes (10
unitats), mandarines (4 unitats), taronja (1 unitat),
plàtan (1 unitat).
Buideu la xocolata o xicoira en un recipient, afegiu
amb cura un got de llet tèbia i barregeu, afegiu el
iogurt o ferment i la resta de la llet sense deixar de
barrejar. Buideu la barreja als pots.
Barregeu la melmelada amb una mica de llet en un
recipient, buideu el iogurt o el ferment i barregeu,
afegiu-hi la resta de la llet i torneu a barrejar.
Buideu la barreja als pots.
