• 4 cucharas soperas de zumo de piña
Nota: la fruta fresca puede ser muy ácida lo que mata a los fermentos y puede impedir hacer los
yogures, si es el caso, añada las frutas justo antes de consumirlos o cocínela antes.
• 1 litro de leche

• 3 cucharadas soperas de chocolate o achicoria
de café en polvo.
• 1 litro de leche
• 1 yogurt natural o 1 sobre de fermento
• 4 cucharadas soperas mermelada.
Verter el yogurt o el fermento en un recipiente.
Añada el sirope y vierta poco a poco la leche sin
dejar de mezclar la preparación. Verter la mezcla
en los tarros.
Verter el yogurt o el fermento en un recipiente
y mezclar con la leche. Verter la mezcla en los
tarros.
Cortar las rodajas en dados y distribuirlos en los
tarros. Verter el yogurt o fermento en un recipiente,
añadir poco a poco la leche y el zumo. Verter la
mezcla en los tarros.
Variantes: también puede utilizar fresas
(10 unidades), mandarinas (4 unidades), naranja
(1 unidad), plátano (1 unidades).
Verter el chocolate o achicoria en un recipiente
cuidadosamente añadir un vaso de leche templada
y mezclar, añadir el yogurt o fermento sin dejar de
mezclar y el resto de la leche. Verter la mezcla en
los tarros.
Mezclar la mermelada con un poco de leche en un
recipiente, verter el yogurt o el fermento mezclar,
añadir el resto de la leche y mezclar. Verter la
mezcla en los tarros.
