Presionar la tecla para activar la función de
amasado. Se ilumina en verde el indicador
luminoso y empieza a contar el tiempo de
funcionamiento.
Presionar la tecla para desactivar la
función de amasado. Se apaga indicador
luminoso.
Al finalizar la función de amasado, cuando
previamente se ha seleccionado tiempo
de funcionamiento, el aparato emite una
señal acústica de aviso y el indicador
luminoso parpadea (Imagen 56).
Para parar:
Presionar de nuevo la tecla de amasado.
Esta función es la indicada para preparar
una mezcla homogénea de todo tipo de
masas.
La función de amasado se activa desde
parado. No es recomendable activar esta
función si la jarra está a una temperatura
superior a 60º C.

Mantener la tecla presionada para
activar la función turbo. Se iluminan los
10 indicadores luminosos de máxima
velocidad (imagen 57).
Si se trabaja en frío: Cuando se deja de
presionar la tecla se desactiva la función
turbo. Se apagan los indicadores luminosos
de máxima velocidad.
Si se trabaja en caliente: Por seguridad y
a fin de evitar salpicaduras, la velocidad
turbo se incrementa de una manera
progresiva y funcionará solo durante unos
segundos, aunque se mantenga la tecla
apretada.
No es posible activar la función turbo en
las velocidades 1, 2 y 3.
La función turbo es la más rápida y potente
y es ideal para triturar alimentos duros o
gran cantidad de ellos.
