improper handling, installation, or maintenance provided by someone other than a Tasco Authorized Service
Department.
Any return made under this warranty must be accompanied by the items listed below:
A check/money order in the amount of $10.00 to cover the cost of postage and handling.
Name, address and daytime phone # for product return.
An explanation of the defect.
Copy of your dated proof of purchase.
