Let op
Lees voor gebruik de veiligheidsinstructies en gebruiksaanwijzing.
Breng uw kinderen op de hoogte van de inhoud en de mogelijke gevaren van het gebruik van het
toestel.
Gebruik uitsluitend de meegeleverde netadapter C39280-Z4-C557 voor het basisstation
en de netadapter C39280-Z4-C516 voor de lader.
U kunt de stroomvoorziening van het toestel volledig onderbreken door de netadapter uit
het stopcontact te nemen. Plaats het toestel daarom altijd zodanig dat u eenvoudig toe-
gang heeft tot het stopcontact, zodat u in geval van nood snel de netadapter kunt verwij-
deren.
Onderbreek bij een storm en/of onweer met bliksem de stroomvoorziening door de
netadapter uit het stopcontact te verwijderen.
Gebruik uitsluitend aanbevolen, oplaadbare batterijen van hetzelfde type (pagina 69)!
Dusgeen batterijen van een ander type en geen niet-oplaadbare batterijen. Schade aan
de gezondheid en persoonlijk letsel kunnen anders niet worden uitgesloten.
Plaats de oplaadbare batterijen met de polen in de juiste positie en gebruik ze zoals
beschreven in deze gebruiksaanwijzing (zie de symbolen in het batterijvakje van de hand-
set, pagina 8).
De werking van medische apparatuur kan worden beïnvloed. Houd rekening met de tech-
nische omstandigheden van de omgeving,zoals een dokterspraktijk.
Houd de handset niet tegen uw oor wanneer het apparaat overgaat of wanneer u de
handsfree-functie heeft ingeschakeld. U kunt dan ernstige, blijvende gehoorbeschadiging
oplopen.
De handset kan bij gehoorapparaten een onaangename bromtoon veroorzaken.
Plaats het basisstation niet in een badkamer of doucheruimte. Handset en basisstation
zijn niet beveiligd tegen spatwater (pagina 62). Het toestel mag niet in contact komen
met spatwater of waterdruppels. Vermijd dat er voorwerpen die gevuld zijn met vloeistof
(zoals vazen met water) boven of naast het toestel worden geplaatst.
Gebruik het toestel niet in een omgeving waar explosiegevaar bestaat, zoals een schilder-
werkplaats.
Draag uw toestel alleen inclusief de gebruiksaanwijzing over aan derden.
