6. Tras ajustar la hora, la indicación “weight” (peso) parpadea.
7. Pulse el botón de modo para ajustar el peso.
(La gama de ajuste es de 20 - 150 kg (50 - 300 libras))
El valor avanza de kilo en kilo cada vez que se pulsa el botón de
modo y avanza en incrementos de 10 kilos si se mantiene pulsado.
8. Una vez ajustado el peso correctamente, utilice un instrumento
puntiagudo para pulsar el botón de ajuste del lateral.
[2] Ajuste la longitud del paso
La clave para medir la distancia con precisión es
determinar la longitud de sus pasos. Para calcular
exactamente la longitud media del paso, dé diez pasos y
divida la distancia total entre 10. El resultado será el
paso medio. Para obtener una precisión más elevada, es
recomendable repetir la medición varias veces.
9. Tras ajustar el peso, la indicación “stride length” (longitud del
paso) parpadea.
10. Pulse el botón de modo para ajustar la longitud del paso.
(La gama de ajuste es de 20 - 150 cm (10 - 60 pulgadas))
El valor avanza de centímetro en centímetro cada vez que se pulsa el
botón de modo y avanza en incrementos de 10 centímetros si se
mantiene pulsado.
11. Una vez ajustada la longitud del paso correctamente, utilice un
instrumento puntiagudo para pulsar el botón de ajuste del
lateral.
12. Tras ajustar la longitud del paso, aparecen las indicaciones
“steps” (pasos) y “time” (hora).
