Usted recibirá las lecturas sólo si los datos fueron programados en una de las memorias de datos personales o en el modo de
Invitado. El monitor puede almacenar detalles personales de hasta 4 personas.
CONFIGURAR Y ALMACENAR LOS DATOS PERSONALES EN LA MEMORIA
Pulse SET para encender la unidad.
1. Seleccione un número personal

Pulse SET (Configurar) para confirmar.
2. Configure su fecha de nacimiento (año/mes/día).
3. Seleccione Femenino o Masculino
Femenino (
) o Masculino ( ), Femenino/Atleta ( ), y Masculino/Atleta ( )
4. Especifique la altura
Para utilizar la función DCI (Ingestión diaria de calorías) adecuadamente, necesita ajustar el Nivel de Actividad.
Utilice el botón
de Arriba para especificar el Nivel de Actividad. Pulse el botón SET para confirmar.
Nivel 1 = Estilos de vida inactivos (poco o ningún ejercicio)
Nivel 2 = Estilos de vida moderadamente activos (ejercicio de poca intensidad en ocasiones)
Nivel 3 = Actividades físicas intensas
Nota: Si selecciona el Modo de Atleta, la unidad ajustará automáticamente el Nivel de Actividad en el Nivel 3.
La unidad emitirá dos pitidos y aparecerán en la pantalla los datos que ha programado para confirmar.
Después la energía se apagará automáticamente.
Nota: WCuando usted cambia la fecha de nacimiento y/o el sexo, la unidad mostrará “CLr”. Si selecciona “YES” (Sí) utilizando los
botones
, los datos personales existentes y los datos de seguimiento se borrarán. Si selecciona “NO” (No)
utilizando
, ningún dato nuevo se guardará (los datos existentes no se modificarán) y luego la unidad se apagará.
Para borrar los datos personales, pulse SET y seleccione un número con , luego pulse y mantenga pulsado SET.
La pantalla mostrará CLr. Seleccione YES o NO con
y , y pulse SET para confirmar.
