Een contactpersoon toevoegen.
U kunt als volgt een contactpersoon uit Lokaal toevoegen aan een andere groep:
1. Selecteer een of meer contactpersonen in Lokaal.
2. Versleep de geselecteerde contactpersonen naar een andere groep.
Opmerking:
Wanneer u de geselecteerde contactpersonen versleept terwijl u Ctrl ingedrukt houdt,
worden de contactpersonen gekopieerd naar de andere groep. Wanneer u de knop
niet ingedrukt houdt, worden de contactpersonen verplaatst.
U kunt als volgt een contactpersoon toevoegen aan een groep:
1. Selecteer een groep in de navigatiestructuur.
2. Klik op
; of klik met de rechtermuisknop in de lijst met contactpersonen en kies
Nieuwe contactpersoon.
3. Voer de informatie in.
Een Contactpersoon verwijderen.
1. Geef de lijst met contactpersonen weer voor een groep.
2. Selecteer de contactpersoon die u wilt verwijderen.
3. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op de geselecteerde contactpersoon en kies Verwijderen
uit groep.
Opmerking:
De contactpersoon wordt verwijderd uit de groep, maar niet uit het telefoonboek.
Een groep verwijderen.
1. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op een groep in de navigatiestructuur en kies Groep wissen.
2. Klik op OK.
Opmerking:
Wanneer u een groep verwijdert, worden de contactpersonen in de groep niet perma-
nent verwijderd.
Ze staan nog steeds in het telefoonboek van Lokaal of in andere groepen.
Telefoonboekbeheer op de SIM-kaart.
U kunt de contactpersonen opslaan op de SIM-kaart.
De bewerkingen voor contactpersonen op de SIM-kaart zijn dezelfde als de bewerkingen
voor contactpersonen in Lokaal. Raadpleeg “Telefoonboekbeheer in Lokaal” op pagina
13 voor meer details.
Opmerking:
De SIM-kaart wordt geleverd door de service provider. Neem contact op met de service
provider voor meer informatie.
