8. Ingebruikname
a) Batterijen in de IR-afstandsbediening plaatsen of vervangen
De IR-afstandsbediening werkt op een batterij van het type “CR2025”.
Bij de eerste ingebruikname bevindt de batterij zich al in het batterijvak van de IR-afstandsbediening. Een
kunststof strook beschermt de batterij tegen ontlading. Trek de kunststof strook eruit; de IR-afstandsbedie-
ning is nu bedrijfsklaar.
Het vervangen van de batterij is noodzakelijk, als het bereik van de IR-afstandsbediening vermindert of de
monitor/DVR niet meer op de IR-afstandsbediening reageert.
• Voor het verwisselen van de batterijen moet de vergrendelclip op het batterijvak bijv. met een vlakke schroeven-
draaier worden ontgrendeld, waarna de batterijhouder met de batterij eruit kan worden getrokken.
• Vervang de lege batterij door een nieuwe van het type “CR2025”. Let er bij het plaatsen van de batterij op dat de
polariteit juist is (letten op plus/+ en min/-). De juiste polariteit wordt aangegeven op de achterkant van de afstands-
bediening en op de batterijhouder.
• Plaats de batterijhouder weer terug in de IR-afstandsbediening, let daarbij op de juiste richting, gebruik in geen
geval geweld!
• Verwijder de batterij op een milieuvriendelijke wijze (zie hoofdstuk: “Verwijderen”).
