Operating the Walkie−Talkies

Searching for a channel

Signals are searched for in the eight channels in a continuous cy-

cle. The

icon appears in the display. If an active channel is de-

tected, the channel search stops. The Ready LED flashes once per

second. Press the P button to enable radio communication. If

the P button is not pressed, channel search resumes after five

seconds.

Excluding a channel

If a channel found during the channel search process should not be

considered for subsequent use, it can be excluded. All the channels

are taken into consideration again when a new channel search is

started.

Defining a group of channels

It is possible to define a group for the channel search. Scroll

through all the channels and define whether the individual channel

should be considered in the channel search or not.

The channels set to y" are taken into account during the

channel search, this set to −" are excluded. Set every

channel to −" in order to include all the channels again.
