11 Ampliamento del sistema telefonico
Lo standard internazionale GAP

regola la compatibilità di unità portatili e stazioni base di co-
struttori differenti. In tal modo è possibile adoperare apparecchi SWITEL in combinazione con
apparecchi di altri costruttori all’interno di un unico sistema telefonico. Può comunque anche
verificarsi la mancata disponibilità di alcune funzioni.
Maggior numero di unità portatili
È possibile registrare fino a 5 unità portatili, anche unità portatili di altri costruttori, alla propria
stazione base. I dispositivi devono comunque supportare lo standard GAP. Per registrare le
unità portatili di altri costruttori, procedere secondo quanto indicato nelle rispettive istruzioni
d’uso. Può inoltre succedere che le unità portatili non rispondano a tutte le funzioni possibili.
Registrare un’unità portatilie
È possibile registrare fino a 5 unità portatili, anche di altri costruttori, alla propria stazione base.
I dispositivi devono comunque supportare lo standard GAP. Per registrare le unità portatili di al-
tri costruttori, procedere secondo quanto indicato nelle rispettive istruzioni d’uso. Può inoltre
succedere che le unità portatili non rispondano a tutte le funzioni previste.
GAP: Generic Access Profile = Standard per l’interazione di unità portatili e stazioni
base di altri costruttori.
1. Premere il tasto sulla base per 10 secondi.
A questo punto la base è in modalità di registrazione per 3 minuti. Procedere con
l’unità portatile.
2. Premere il tasto O.
3. Navigare con i tasti G e H alla voce di menu REGISTRA.
4. Premere il tasto O.
5. Scegliere con i tasti G e H tra BASE 1 − BASE 4.
6. Premere il tasto O.
7. Immettere un codice PIN a 4 cifre.
8. Premere il tasto O.
Il codice PIN impostato in fabbrica corrisponde a 0000".
