12.6 Receiving messages
12.6.1 Memory capacity
The answering machine can digitally save up to 59 incoming messages with a total length
of 11:30 minutes. The maximum length for each incoming call is 3 minutes. If the caller’s
message is longer, the call is disconnected. If there is a pause in excess of 10 seconds
during recording, the call is automatically ended.
When there is no memory capacity available to record new messages, no further messa-
ges are recorded. The caller receives a message automatically, indicating that no mes-
sages can be left.
12.6.2 Playing back messages
The recorded messages are played back in the sequence they were recorded. The
weekday and time of receipt are played back with each message.

12.6.3 Deleting one message

12.6.4 Deleting all messages
All the messages (those heard and not heard) are deleted from the memory.

12.7 Internal memos
A memo can be recorded on the answering machine for other machine users, e.g. mem-
bers of the family. Only one memo can be recorded at a time, therefore the old memo
must be deleted before a new one can be recorded.
12.7.1 Recording the memo
A memo cannot be longer than 2 minutes.
Press and hold the Rewind button and record
your message after the acoustic signal. Release
the button to end recording and save the memo.
12.7.2 Playing back the memo
The answering machine treats the memo as in incoming message.
