come into contact with hot surfaces.
10. Use extreme caution when moving the appliance containing hot liquids.
11. To disconnect the appliance, remove the plug from the wall socket.
12. Caution: This appliance generates heat and releases steam during use. Proper precautions should
be taken to avoid the risk of burns, fire or other damage to persons or property.
13. This appliance generates steam. Do not let it operate uncovered.
14. Do not leave this appliance unattended during use.
15. This appliance is for household use only. Only use this appliance for its intended purpose.
16. Do not place or cook with the inner bowl on other heat sources (e.g. a stove), as it may become
deformed.
17. Do not block the steam vent during the cooking process.
18. Do not touch the area near the steam vent during or immediately after cooking to avoid burns.
19. The device may only be used with the correct voltage and frequency shown on the device sticker.
20. Do not unplug the appliance with wet hands or pull on the power cord to remove the plug from the
socket.
21. Do not use the power cord to move or carry the appliance.
22. Only use the device for its intended purpose.
23. Disconnect a faulty device and refer to the troubleshooting in this manual. If the device is disposed
of, please dispose of it in accordance with all local laws and regulations.
24. The channels in the pressure regulator allow the steam to escape and should be checked regularly
to ensure they are not clogged.
25. Do not open the lid of the device until the pressure has already decreased sufficiently.
26. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge. Unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
