Plaatsen van de batterij
De Sweex MP3-speler maakt gebruik van een 1,5 volt AAA batterij. Om de batterij te plaatsen ga je als volgt te werk. Verwijder de USB-cover en
schuif het batterijklepje aan de achterkant van de MP3-speler naar beneden. Plaats de batterij en schuif het batterijklepje weer terug in zijn
vergrendeling. Plaats de USB-cover weer terug.
Bedieningselementen
De Sweex MP3-speler beschikt over diverse bedieningselementen die hieronder behandeld zullen worden.
• Volumeregelaar
• Play/Pauze-toets
• EQ/MODE mode
• A-B/REC mode
• HOLD schakelaar
Aansluiten van de MP3-speler op de computer
De Sweex MP3-speler beschikt over een USB 2.0 aansluiting. Dit betekent dat je met Windows 2000 en Windows XP de MP3-speler direct kunt
aansluiten. De Sweex MP3-speler zal herkend worden als een extra disk drive. Binnen Windows kun je eenvoudig MP3 of WMA bestanden naar de
speler kopiëren of verwijderen. Voor gebruik onder Windows 98SE dien je eerst de meegeleverde driver-software te installeren. De installatie van
de Windows 98SE driver wordt aan het einde van deze handleiding besproken. Zodra de MP3-speler is aangesloten en wordt herkend op de
computer, verschijnt in het display van de MP3-speler de tekst USB. Dit geeft aan dat de MP3-speler gereed is voor gebruik. Op de computer
verschijnt een extra driveletter.
De driveletter die wordt toegekend aan de Sweex MP3-speler kan afwijken van bovenstaande afbeelding.
