Accensione
La macchina da caffè’ E96/Sahara deve essere installata secondo le locali norme di sicurezza
esclusivamente da personale tecnico autorizzato.
Aprire il rubinetto dell’acqua ed accendere l’interruttore generale
Girare l’interruttore generale (fig.1,5) da posizione 0 a posizione 1.
Dato che al primo avviamento la caldaia è vuota, parte il sistema di riempimento automatico della caldaia.
Nota: dopo circa 180 “ la funzione carico caldaia automatico si ferma . Se la caldaia non fosse ancora
riempita i led della pulsantiera lampeggiano. In questo caso riportare la manopola interruttore sulla
posizione 0 e poi 1 per fare ripartire il carico.
Girare la manopola interruttore su Pos.2 per iniziare il riscaldamento. La spia (fig. 1.7) resta accesa fino a
quando la resistenza funziona. Allo spegnimento della spia controllare che la pressione della caldaia abbia
raggiunto la pressione ottimale di lavoro (1 bar circa), verificando sul manometro (fig. 1.6)
Aprire il rubinetto vapore (fig.1,1) per alcuni secondi e richiuderlo. Questa operazione evita il risucchio di
latte in caldaia.
Dato che la operazione precedente causa l’abbassamento della pressione in caldaia, attendere che la
caldaia abbia nuovamente ripristinato la pressione di esercizio.
La macchina è pronta per operare.
Funzionamento
Inserire il filtro più basso nel portafiltro con
un beccuccio per preparare una tazza di
caffè.
Riempire con ca. 6/7 gr di caffè macinato e
premere leggermente
Inserire il filtro più alto nel portafiltro con due
beccucci per preparare due tazze di caffè.
Riempire con ca. 12/14 gr di caffè macinato
e premere leggermente
Per iniziare la erogazione del caffè, inserire il portafiltro (fig.1,9) nel gruppo di erogazione (fig.1,8).
Posizionare le relative tazze sotto i beccucci e premere il tasto corrispondente alla dose desiderata nel caso
della versione automatica.
