DUIKEN MET DE ZOOP3.

In dit hoofdstuk wordt informatie gegeven over de

bediening van de computer en het aﬂezen van het

display. U zal zien dat de computer eenvoudig te

gebruiken en af te lezen is. Op ieder display is alleen

die informatie te zien, die relevant is voor de situatie

waarin u zich bevindt.

VOOR DE DUIK3.1.

Activering en Controle 3.1.1.

Vooraf

De computer zal zich automatisch activeren wanneer

deze meegenomen wordt naar een diepte van meer

dan 0,5 meter. Het is echter nodig om de computer

vóór de duik al te activeren, om de hoogte- en per-

soonlijke instellingen, het ingestelde zuurstofpercen-

tage, de batterijspanning etc. te controleren. Zet de

computer daarom bij voorkeur al een paar minuten

voor de duik aan door op de SMART (Mode) knop

te drukken.

Na het activeren van de computer zal het hele

display enige tijd oplichten (Fig. 3.1). Na een aantal

seconden hoort u een piepsignaal, waarop de batterij-

spanning wordt gemeten en de displayverlichting

aangaat (Fig. 3.2 a, b, c of d, afhankelijk van de bat-

terijspanning). Als de computer in de AIR modus

staat (standaard), zal het scherm de Surface Mode

laten zien (Fig. 3.3). Als de computer in de Nitrox

modus staat, ziet u voordat de Surface Mode geacti-

veerd wordt eerst de tekst ‘Nitrox’ en alle essentiële

parameters op het display (Fig. 3.20).
