3. Scroll door de overzichten voor het logboek met [Lap +] en [Light -].

4. U sluit LOG(LOGBOEK) af door op [Start Stop] te drukken.

OPMERKING: U kunt tot 15 logboeken opslaan. Als het logboek vol is zal elk nieuw

logboek het oudste logboek vervangen. Het apparaat herinnert u eraan om uw logboeken

te bewaren in PC “LOGS TO PC reminder” voordat het geheugen de eerste keer vol is (PC

POD nodig).

3.4.2 Totale trainingswaarden bekijken

Uw Suunto hartslagmeter kan uw trainingsessies opslaan en de gegevens samenvatten

per week en maand.

De volgende tijdsperioden zijn beschikbaar:

THIS WEEK(DEZE WEEK): huidige week, maandag tot zondag

●

LAST WEEK(VORIGE WEEK): vorige periode van maandag tot zondag

●

Maand (naam van maand in het Engels): huidige en vorige vijf maanden

●
