eingetragene oder nicht eingetragene Warenzeichen der Suunto Oy. Andere Produkt- und
Firmennamen sind Warenzeichen ihrer jeweiligen Eigentümer.
7.3. PATENTHINWEIS
Dieses Produkt ist durch folgende Patente oder Patentanmeldungen geschützt:
WO2004016173, WO03099114 und US 11/169712. Weitere Patente sind angemeldet.
8. HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLÜSSE
8.1. VERANTWORTUNG DES BENUTZERS
Suunto kann nicht gewährleisten, dass die mit dem Suunto PC POD erzielten Messwerte mit
Labormessungen übereinstimmen.
8.1.1. CE-KONFORMITÄT
Das CE-Siegel bestätigt die Übereinstimmung mit den EMC-Richtlinien 89/336/EEC und 99/
5/EEC der Europäischen Union.
8.1.2. ICES
Dieses digitale Gerät der Klasse B entspricht den Anforderungen der kanadischen Norm
ICES-003.
8.2. FCC-KONFORMITÄT
Dieses Gerät entspricht den Vorschriften in Part 15 der FCC-Grenzwerte (U.S. Federal
Communications Commission) für digitale Geräte der Klasse B. Dieses Gerät erzeugt und
verwendet Funkfrequenzen und kann diese auch ausstrahlen. Deshalb kann es bei
unsachgemäßer Installation oder Verwendung den Funkverkehr stören. In manchen Fällen
können Interferenzen auftreten. Wenn das Gerät bei anderen Einrichtungen störende
Interferenzen verursacht, versuchen Sie das Problem zu beheben, indem Sie den Standort
dieser Einrichtungen verlegen.
