8 STARTEN MET DE TRAINING
Na de begininstellingen kunt u beginnen met trainen. Het begeleide
trainingsprogramma wordt automatisch gebruikt om u naar het volgende
conditieniveau te begeleiden, of om een uitstekende conditie te onderhouden.
Het begeleide trainingsprogramma is gebaseerd op uw huidige conditie die
in de begininstellingen is vastgelegd. Zie voor informatie over het bereiken
van het volgende conditieniveau sectie 13.1 Trainingsplan op pagina 29. Als u
zonder begeleiding wilt trainen, kiest u het vrije trainingsprogramma in de
instellingen, zie hoofdstuk 14 Instellingen aanpassen op pagina 31.
Zo start u met de training:
1. Bevochtig de contactdelen en trek de HR-riem (hartslagband) aan.
2. Druk in de tijdweergave op om te kiezen voor training.
3. Bevestig training met .
Voordat de training begint, laat het apparaat zien hoe lang uw HR binnen
bepaalde HR-grenzen moet blijven.
4. Druk op om te beginnen met het vastleggen van de training.
TIP: U kunt Suunto M4 als stopwatch gebruiken zonder de HR-band. Zonder
de HR-band wordt alleen de duur van de training getoond. Na de training kunt u
