11.3. Kundendienst

Zur Geltendmachung eines Gewährleistungsanspruchs ist es erforderlich, dass Sie

das Produkt zwecks Reparatur oder Ersetzung gegen Vorauszahlung der Versandkos-

ten an Ihren zuständigen Suunto-Fachhändler senden. Geben Sie dabei entsprechend

der Regelungen in Ihrem Land Name und Adresse an und fügen Sie einen Kaufnach-

weis und/oder die Garantiekarte (in der Bedienungsanleitung enthalten) bei. Eine

kostenlose Reparatur oder Ersatz im Rahmen des Gewährleistungsanspruchs erfolgt

im von Ihrem Suunto-Fachhändler als angemessen erachteten Zeitraum, vorausgesetzt,

dass alle erforderlichen Teile auf Lager sind. Alle über den Gewährleistungsanspruch

hinausgehenden Reparaturen erfolgen auf Kosten des Eigentümers. Diese Garantie

gilt nur gegenüber dem Erstkäufer des Geräts und ist nicht übertragbar.
