IMPORTANT: systemd Ignores /etc/inittab
The runlevels in a SysV init system are congured in /etc/inittab. systemd
does not use this conguration. Please refer to Section 8.2.2, “Custom Tar-
gets” (page 145) for instructions on how to create your own bootable target.
8.2.1.1 Commands to Change Targets
Use the following commands to operate with target units:
