ACHTUNG
Beschädigung des Rohrmotors durch gewaltsames Einschlagen
in die Wickelwelle.
¾ Schlagen Sie niemals den Rohrmotor mit Gewalt in die
Wickelwelle.
¾ 1. Schieben Sie den Rohrmotor mit dem Mitnehmer (1) in die Wickelwelle (2).
¾ 2. Schieben Sie die Wickelwelle bis zum Anschlag des Adapters (3) am
Antriebskopf (4).
¾ Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Adapter nicht vom Limitring des Antriebskopfes
rutscht.

¾ 1. Schieben die Walzenkapsel (1) bis zum Anschlag in die Wickelwelle (2).
¾ 2. Stecken Sie das Kugellager (3) auf den Achsstift der Walzenkapsel (4).

Um das Gerät in den Rollladenkasten einbauen zu können, muss die
Walzenkapsel zunächst bis zum Anschlag in der Wickelwelle stecken.
Anschließend wird sie so weit herausgezogen, bis das Gerät genau in
den Rollladenkasten passt.
Gerät in den Rollladenkasten einbauen
¾ Stecken Sie den Achsstift (1) des Antriebskopfes in das Loch des
Antriebslagers (2).
¾ Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Einstellschrauben (3) zugänglich sind.
¾ Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Motorkabel (4) nach unten verläuft.

¾ Stecken Sie den Splint (1) durch das Sicherungsloch (2) im Achsstift.

¾ 1. Ziehen Sie die Walzenkapsel (1) soweit aus der Wickelwelle (2), dass das
Kugellager (4) in das Gegenlager (3) passt.
¾ 2. Stecken Sie das Kugellager in das Gegenlager.
¾ 3. Schrauben Sie die Wickelwelle an der Walzenkapsel fest.

¾ Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wickelwelle waagerecht eingebaut ist.
