CLEANING AND CARE

In order to ensure the safe working of your vacuum cleaner, the filters must be cleaned regularly. If a filter appears to be

very dirty or damaged, it must be replaced with a new filter.

Only use filters designed for this appliance and of the correct size.

• Pull out the motor protection filter, including its housing, from the filter slots,

by sliding upwards.

• Open the dust panel by pressing the dust panel release button below the suction opening, and by lifting the dust

panel.

• Open the filter housing and remove the motor protection filter for cleaning.

• Tap the filter to remove any dust trapped in it.

• Wash the filter every so often by hand in cool soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any

remaining dust particles and soap.

• WARNING! Only place the filter back into the vacuum cleaner, when it is completely dry.

• Place the cleaned or new motor protection filter back into the housing, and slide back into the slots. Finally, close the

dust panel.
