the drainage hole (see exhaut hose installation, pic.2). Connect a drain hose to the hole to
empty the water tank completely.
o If the water pump is defect, you can use the continuous drainage instead. In this case the water
pump is not activated, the unit can still work. Alternatively, in case that the water pump is defect,
remove the rubber blockage and connect the drain hose when the indicating light „W.F.“ („Water
Full“) lights up. Please let the water drain through the drain hose and then remove the hose.
Close the rubber blockage of the drainage hole.
Cleaning
Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and let it cool before cleaning. Never immerse
the appliance in water to prevent electric shocks.
Wipe over the exterior of the appliance with a soft wet cloth and neutral detergent and then wipe dry
with a dry cloth.
Do not use gasoline or other chemicals to clean the unit.
Clean the dust filter once every two weeks. To do so, pull out the dust filter at the unit’s side with the
help of the dust filter handle (see “parts description”). Clean the dust filter with neutral detergent and
lukewarm water, then let it air-dry before inserting it back into the unit.
