o The temperature can be set between 35°C and 70°C in 5°C steps depending on the desired
dryness and thickness of the food using the temperature setting button. The appliance takes

o Please note that in addition to the thickness of your food, the quantity, number of trays and
humidity can also influence the drying process.
o If you notice uneven drying, rotate or change the stacking order of the trays.
o As soon as your set time has elapsed, the appliance switches off automatically. An acoustic
signal sounds and the fan continues to run for 10 seconds until the unit switches off completely.
If you want to end the drying process before the time ends, press the on/off button.
o The unit must not be used continuously for longer than 19.5 hours. Press the on/off button after
19.5 hours, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and allow it to cool for at least two
hours before putting the appliance back into operation.
o Once you are satisfied with the result, remove the unit from the power supply and take out your
dried food.
• Storage:
o Please allow your food to cool completely before storing it in a cool, dry and dark place.
o Store the dried food as airtight as possible and never place it directly in a metal container.
o Please check your dried food for moisture during the weeks after the drying process. If there is
moisture inside the food, you can dry the food again to extend its shelf life.
o Dried fruit, vegetables, herbs, nuts or bread stored in a refrigerator or freezer should not be
stored for more than one year.
o Dried meat or fish should not be kept in the refrigerator for more than three months and not
longer than a year if kept in the freezer.
Cleaning
• Always disconnect the appliance from the power outlet and let it cool before cleaning. Never immerse
the appliance in water to prevent electric shocks.
• Please wipe the surfaces of the trays and inlay mats with a damp cloth. Food residues can be removed
with a soft brush or cloth. If necessary, regular detergent can be used. Please note that all components
of this appliance are not suitable for dishwashers.
• Wipe over the exterior of the appliance with a soft wet cloth and then wipe dry with a dry cloth.
• Please do not use any aggressive or chemical cleaning agents or abrasive cleaning agents, such as
steel wool.
• The unit and its components must be completely dry before operation or storage.
