Caso verifique qualquer um dos seguintes problemas

enquanto usa o leitor, use este guia de resolução de

problemas para o ajudar a resolver o problema. Caso algum

problema persista, consulte imediatamente o centro de

assistência.

Sem potência

1. Verifique se a bateria foi introduzida correctamente.

2. Verifique se o leitor está ligado.

3. Verifique se o leitor ficou sem bateria.

4. Ligue o leitor com o carregador ou ao PC através de USB

e verifique novamente.

5. Caso continue sem conseguir que o leitor seja carregado,

contacte o centro de assistência.

Nenhum som é ouvido a partir do auscultador

1. Verifique se o volume se encontra definido para "0".

2. Verifique se a ficha do auscultador está limpa e se se

encontra conectado com firmeza.

3. Certifique-se que os ficheiros de música não estão

corrompidos.
