6 Utilisation du fauteuil

6.1 Entrer et sortir

Entrer et sortir d'un fauteuil roulant est

également nommé effectuer un transfert.

Attention ! Avant d'effectuer un transfert,

veiller :

• À ce que le boîtier de commande soit

éteint



BOÎTIER DE COMMANDE

• À ce que le commutateur de roue

libre soit en position « marche »

(chapitre 6.6)

• Ne pas monter sur les plaques des

repose-pieds. Elles ne sont pas

prévues pour supporter le poids total

d'une personne. Le fauteuil roulant

risque de plus de basculer.

Transfert en marche avant

• Rabattre les plaques des repose-

pieds vers le haut (fig. 6.1).

• Faire pivoter sur le côté les maintiens

de mollet (le cas échéant) (fig. 6.1).

• Faire si possible pivoter sur le côté

les repose-jambes (fig. 6.2).

• Prendre place dans le fauteuil.

Transfert par le côté (fig. 6.3)

• Pousser le taquet vers l'arrière afin

de déverrouiller l'accoudoir (fig. 6.3).

• Soulever l'accoudoir pour le libérer

de son support (fig. 6.3).

• Prendre place dans le fauteuil.
