9.0 Besturingsmogelijkheden
9.1 Algemene waarschuwingen:
WAARSCHUWINGEN!
• Vervang de knop van de joystick nooit door een niet
daarvoor goedgekeurd voorwerp. Dit kan leiden tot
gevaarlijk rijgedrag en verlies van controle over de rolstoel.
• Het is van belang dat de hoes van de joystick wordt
vervangen als deze beschadigd of broos is. Wanneer dit
wordt nagelaten, kan dit leiden tot ernstige beschadiging
van de controller en onverwachtse bewegingen van de
rolstoel.
• Zorg ervoor dat u de controller altijd gemakkelijk en
comfortabel kunt bedienen terwijl de stoel in beweging
is. Controleer ook of de controller goed aan de rolstoel is
bevestigd.
9.2 Bediening door begeleider
WAARSCHUWINGEN!
• Zorg ervoor dat u de snelheid van de begeleidersbediening
zodanig afstelt dat u de rolstoel gemakkelijk kunt volgen.
• Schakel altijd de stroom naar de controller uit wanneer u de
gebruiker alleen in de rolstoel achterlaat. (Fig. 9.1).
9.3 Wegzwenkbare bedieningsarm:
WAARSCHUWINGEN!
• Schakel de controller uit voordat u de wegzwenkbare
controller verplaatst. Zo voorkomt u dat uw rolstoel
onverwachtse bewegingen maakt, wanneer de joystick per
ongeluk wordt aangeraakt.
• Houd uw handen, kleding en dergelijke weg van het
zwenkmechanisme terwijl u dit verplaatst.
• Vergeet niet dat uw rolstoel breder is wanneer de
zwenkarm is uitgeklapt. U kunt misschien niet overal
tussendoor rijden.
• Hang geen voorwerpen over de zwenkarm. Hierdoor kan
het mechanisme beschadigd worden.
• Gebruik de zwenkarm niet als ondersteuning wanneer u in
of uit de rolstoel stapt.
• Controleer of de stroom uitgeschakeld is terwijl u de
zwenkarm aanpast.
• Rij langzaam ("manoeuvreersnelheid") wanneer de
wegzwenkbare bedieningsarm in gebruik is, (Fig. 9.2).
