your blender
underside of the blade assembly on either side of
the rubber-coated drive shaft. FIGURE 3
Hold filler-cap firmly in hand and engage the ribs
into the slots. Remember to turn counter
clockwise to tighten and clockwise to loosen the
blade assembly in the jar. FIGURE 4
It is easier if you assemble the blade assembly into
the jar with your fingers first and then use the
filler-cap to tighten
Set jar into place on blender base, making sure it
is securely seated by twisting jar clockwise until it
snaps into the locked position. You may not hear
an audible snapping sound but will feel it lock
into place.
Plug cord into outlet.
Put ingredients in jar, place lid with filler cap in
place on jar making sure it is pushed down
completely into position.
Process food or beverages. Place hand on lid when
blending liquids. Push desired button on control
panel to start blender.
Always turn blender OFF and wait until blades
have stopped rotating before removing jar or lid.
To remove jar after blending is complete, hold
blender base with one hand and grasp jar handle
with the other hand and twist jar
counterclockwise approximately a quarter turn to
unlock, then lift jar straight up from base.
• Never place jar onto unit while motor is running.
• Never run empty.
• Never run without jar.
