WARNING! – ALWAYS LEAVE ADEQUATE SPACE FOR VENTILATION
Failure to leave the spaces around the pizza oven box may result in restricted airow and
improper venlaon for your grill. This could result in serious injury and/or property damage.
Do not use the Pizza Oven Box with your Gas Grill if you cannot leave adequate space for venlaon as described above.

1. Check to make sure the unit is in a safe operang condion.
2. Check to make sure there are no visible defects.
3. Check to make sure all unit components are correctly mounted.
4. Check all plasc protecon has been removed.
FOR YOUR SAFETY— BEFORE FIRST USE
Aer unpacking the oven for the rst me and aer installaon, it should be operated without baked goods
for 15 minutes at the set maximum temperature.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Wipe down surfaces with soap and water. Do not use sharp objects or aggressive cleaning agents.Allow the pizza stone to cool
slowly to avoid temperature shock. Never use cold water to cool the stone.
• Flour residues can be wiped o with a damp cloth. In the case of stubborn residues, soak the stone in warm water if necessary.
These can then be removed with a rm scrubbing sponge or a dish washing brush. However, please do not use any detergents or
scouring agents as these can penetrate into the stone and impair the baking result the next me you use it..
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Use the original packaging to store the product.
DISPOSAL OF THE APPLIANCE
This appliance must not be disposed of with regular household waste! Please dispose of
the appliance in the appropriate manner. For more informaon, consult your community
waste disposal service.
