5. The descaler cartridge (21) is works-fitted. Please check that it
is firmly screwed on to the tank lid (20).
To change the descaler cartridge (21), unpack a new one and
firmly screw it onto the tank lid (20).
6. The «Clean Cube» (25) is works-fitted (more details on page 16).
7. Screw the tank lid with cartridge (19) firmly onto the tank.
8. Turn the tank upside down and check for water leakage.
9. Install the tank, and you should hear a bubbling sound (water
collector filling).
10. Replace the water tank lid (3).
11. Insert the power plug («No Water» or «ON/OFF» is displayed).
12. As soon as the water collector is completely full, the red
«No Water»
in the display goes out. The humidifier is now ready to
use.
NB: It can take 15 minutes for the red light to go out after activating
for the first time or using a new dry limescale filter cartridge because
the cartridge has to fill completely with water first
.
13. The display (2) and buttons light up continuously. The display switch-
es off when «NIGHT MODE» is pressed; only the small «Night» display
is illuminated. Pressing «NIGHT MODE» again switches the displays
and buttons on again.
14. Press the power key «ON/OFF». In the display (6) the current
air humidity is displayed, and mist dispersion starts.
15. To set the humidity: set the desired humidity (35-75% rel.) by
repeatedly pressing the «HUMIDITY» key. We recommend 40 –
60 %. When «Humidity» in the display stops lighting, the humid-
ity setting is saved and automatically monitored. Set «Co» for
continuous operation without humidity monitoring, but this may
cause excess humidity if used too often.
16. Set the desired misting quantity: (3 stages) by repeatedly
pressing the «OUTPUT» key. Turn the mist outlet on top into the
room.
17. Preheating: by repeatedly pressing the «PREHEATING» key to
preheat the water for increased room humidification («Heating»
is displayed).
18. Repeatedly press the «TIMER» key to activate the automat-
ic shutdown time and adjust the shutdown time in hours (1-12
hours, or «0» for no timer).
