Démontage du déviateur articulé
- Soulever la biellette pour la sortir de
ses boutonnières [photos 1 et 2],
pousser le déviateur articulé pour
libérer la tête de la biellette; enlever la
biellette.
- Basculer le déviateur vers l’avant
[schéma 3] puis le pousser vers
l’arrière pour le décrocher de ses
pivots [schéma 4].
Démontage du déviateur fixe
Enlever le nez du déviateur fixe en
maintenant les éléments en vermiculite
[photos 5 et 6].
Effectuer le ramonage selon les règles
de l'art de votre pays.
Remontage des déviateurs
- Remettre en place les vermiculites
constituant le déviateur fixe suivant
schéma 8; elles doivent buter de
chaque côté sous l’ergot métallique
[photos 6-a et 9-a]; les solidariser
avec le nez métallique; bien vérifier
que l’aile la plus longue se trouve
au-dessus [photos 6-b et schéma
8-b].
- Introduire le déviateur articulé entre
son pivot [d] et le nez du déviateur
fixe puis accrocher [schéma 10].
- Ré-introduire la biellette [photo 11],
côté chanfreiné (à droite sur la photo)
vers l’avant du foyer. Introduire les 2

Demontage van de scharnierende
omleidingsplaat
- Til de drijfstang op om ze uit haar
inkepingen te verwijderen [foto’s
1 en 2], duw de scharnierende
omleidingsplaat om de kop van de
stang vrij te maken; verwijder de
stang.
- Kantel de omleidingsplaat naar voren
[schema 3] en duw deze dan naar
achter om ze uit haar hengsels te
haken [schema 4].
Demontage van de vaste omleidings-
plaat
Verwijder de neus van de vaste omlei-
dingsplaat terwijl u de elementen in
vermiculiet vasthoudt [foto’s 5 en 6].
Veeg de schoorsteen volgens de regels
der kunst van uw land.
Hermonteren van de omleidingsplaten
- Plaats de vermiculietplaten van de
vaste omleidingsplaat terug volgens
schema 8; ze moeten aan elke kant
steunen onder de metalen pin [foto’s
6-a en 9-a]; aansluiten op de metalen
neus; zie erop toe dat de langste
vleugel zich bovenaan bevindt [foto’s
6-b en schema 4-b].
- Breng de scharnierende omleidings-
plaat aan tussen haar hengsel [d] en
de neus van de vaste omleidingsplaat
en haak vast [schema 10].

Smontaggio del deviatore articolato
- Sollevare la bielletta per farla uscire
dagli occhielli [foto 1 e 2] e spingere
il deviatore articolato per liberare la
testa della bielletta, rimuovendola.
- Ribaltare il deviatore in avanti
[schema 3], quindi spingerlo verso la
parte posteriore per staccarlo dai suoi
perni [schema 4].
Smontaggio del deviatore fisso
Togliere la punta del deviatore fisso
sostenendo gli elementi in vermiculite
[foto 5 e 6].
Effettuare la pulizia secondo le
consuetudini nel proprio Paese.
Rimontaggio dei deviatori
- Riposizionare gli elementi in
vermiculite che compongono il
deviatore fisso secondo lo schema
8; questi devono puntellare da ogni
lato sotto il perno metallico [foto 6-a
e 9-a]; renderli solidali con la punta
metallica e verificare che la parte più
lunga sia in alto [foto 6-b e schema
8-b].
- Inserire il deviatore articolato tra il
suo perno [d] e la punta del deviatore
fisso, quindi agganciarlo [schema 10].
- Reinserire la bielletta [foto 11], lato
smussato (a destra sulla foto) verso la
parte frontale del focolare. Inserire i 2
lati negli occhielli.
Desmontaje del desvío articulado
- Eleve el balancín para sacarlo de sus
ojales [fotos 1 y 2], presione el desvío
articulado para liberar la cabeza del
balancín y retírelo.
- Bascule el desvío hacia delante
[esquema 3] y después empújelo
hacia atrás para desengancharlo de
los pivotes [esquema 4]
Desmontaje del desvío fijo
Retire la punta del desvío fijo mantenien-
do los elementos de vermiculita [fotos 5
y 6]
Hay que deshollinar conforme a la
normativa local y nacional.
Remontaje de los desvíos
- Vuelva a colocar en su sitio los ele-
mentos de vermiculita que componen
el desvío fijo siguiendo el esquema 8;
tienen que descansar por los dos lados
sobre el espolón metálico [fotos 6- a y
9-a]; acóplelos con la punta metálica
, y verifique bien que el ala más larga
esté encima [fotos 6-b y esquema
8-b]
- Introduzca el desvío articulado entre
su pivote [d] y la punta del desvío fijo
y después engánchelo [esquema 10]
- Reintroduzca el balancín [foto 11] con
el lado biselado (el que mira hacia
la derecha en la foto) hacia la parte
delantera del hogar. Introduzca los

- Levante a biela de engate dos seus
orifícios [fotografias 1 e 2], empurre
o deflector articulado para libertar a
cabeça da biela ; retire a biela.
- Incline o deflector para a frente

Retire a ponta do deflector fixo manten-

Efectue a limpeza da chaminé segundo
as normas do seu país.
Remontagem dos deflectores
- Reinstale as vermiculites que consti-
tuem o deflector fixo de acordo com
o esquema 8. As vermiculites devem
encostar dos dois lados à cavilha
metálica [fotografias 6- a e 9- a].
Una-as à ponta metálica. A asa mais
comprida deve encontrar-se por cima
[fotografia 6-b e esquema 8-b].
- Introduza o deflector articulado entre
o seu eixo [ d ] e a ponta do deflector
fixo, depois engate-o [esquema 10].
- Reintroduza a biela [fotografia 11],
com o lado arredondado (à direita,
na fotografia) voltado para a frente
do recuperador. Introduza os dois
lados nos orifícios e assegure-se de
que o
Disassembling the articulated deflector
- Lift the rod out of its buttonholes
[photos 1 and 2], push the articulated
deflector to release the head of the
rod, take out the rod.
- Tilt the deflector forwards [diagram 3]
then push it backwards to release it
from its pivots [diagram 4].
Disassembling the fixed deflector
Remove the nose piece of the fixed
deflector by holding the vermiculite
elements [photos 5 and 6].
Carry out the chimney sweeping in
accordance with the regulations in
your country.
Reassembling the deflectors
- Put back the vermiculite elements that
make up the fixed deflector following
diagram 8; they must be supported
on both sides by the metal lug
[photos 6-a and 9-a]; match them up
with the metal nose piece; make sure
that the longest part is on top [photos
6-b and diagram 8-b].
- Place the articulated deflector on its
pivot [d] and then attach the nose
piece of the fixed deflector [diagram
10].
- Replace the metal rod [photo 11],
grooved side (on the right in the
photo) towards the front of the stove.
