Verwendung der Rührschüssel

- Benutzen Sie die Rührschüssel, wenn Sie:

mit dem Schneebesen z. B. Eiweiß zu Eischnee schlagen

wollen, Sie aus Sahne Schlagsahne machen oder Rührei,

Mayonnaise etc. anmischen wollen.

mit dem Rührquirl z. B. Zutaten in Suppen und Soßen

einrühren oder ﬂ ießende Kuchenteige rühren wollen, etc.

mit dem Knethaken z. B. festere Teige, wie z. B. für Brot-

teig, kneten wollen, etc.

Sollen noch Zutaten während

des Verarbeitungsvorgangs

hinzugefügt werden, kann dies

durch den Spritzschutz erfolgen.

- Küchenmaschine ausschalten.

- Zum Ö nen des Spritzschutzes,

den Spritzschutzdeckel (10) zur

Seite schwenken.

- Spritzschutzdeckel nach dem Hinzufügen der Zutaten schließen.

- Küchenmaschine einschalten – vorzugsweise beginnend mit einer

geringen Geschwindigkeit.

- Vorgang ggf. wiederholen.
