Solution
Firmly press the scart connectors on the
backside of the TV and receiver. Replace
the scart cable
Check the signal strength with a spectrum
analyser and adjust your dish correctly.
Once the weather is better the picture will
appear. If not : check if there is no snow on
your dish
Press the SAT button on the RCU and
select the correct satellite
Check settings in LNB- and Channel set up
menu
Ask your dealer to check the outdoor unit
and antenna cable to LNB
Check whether the batteries are inserted
correctly in your remote control. Check the
batteries, and if they are exhausted,
replace them
