8.4.5 Selection of alternate audio track or audio mode
Press LANG to access the audio language selection screen.
n Use CH p/q to move up and down the list.
n Use VOL t/u to change the setting.
Track: 1 of 1,2... Select
Mode: Stereo / Mono Left / Mono Right
Level: Normal / High / Low
Language: displays name of the audio track if available
Subtitle: Select subtitle language if available (broadcaster dependent).
n Press OK to confirm your selection and close this menu.
8.4.6 Recall
Press RECALL to recall the previous channel.
8.4.7 Teletext
Press TXT to access the Teletext service if available from the broadcaster.
A.1 TROUBLE SHOOTING
Occasiona�
power, wait 30 seconds and connect it to mains power again and check if the unit is working as expected.
If the receiver does not work properly after checking the trouble shooting section, please contact the dealer. Don’t open the receiver
cover, it may cause an electrical shock due to high current voltage and the warranty of your receiver will be void.
Symptom Cause Solution
The LED display on front panel do
not light up
The power cord is not plugged in or main
switch on rear panel is switched OFF.
Check if the power cord is plugged in the wall outlet.
Switch main power to ON.
No picture and sound TV is set to wrong channel
Problem in SCART cable connections
between receiver and TV
Receiver “hang-up”
Check if the TV is switched on and set your TV to the
correct EXT/ AV
Firmly press the SCART connectors on the rear side of
the TV and receiver. Replace the SCART cable
Switch off the receiver; disconnect the main power cord
of the receiver from the 230 V main power. After 30
seconds reconnect to the main power and check if it is
working properly
No sound The receiver or TV is in “MUTE” mode Press the MUTE button on the remote control unit of
your receiver and TV
No sound on one TV channel This channel is programmed on AC
3 audio which disabled the normal
audio output to TV-set
Select TV channel, press AUDIO button, select
normal audio
Message “scrambled channel” The smart card is not validated Contact your local provider
Message “Please check your
smart card”
The smart card is placed up side
down or a wrong smartcard is used
Insert the smartcard with the copper contacts on the
bottom. Check if smartcard is meant for these channels.
Message “No or Bad signal”
during bad weather conditions
(heavy rain or snow)
This is normal, the bad weather is
interfering with the signal between the
satellite and dish
Once the weather is better the picture will appear. If not,
check if there is snow on your dish
