Opmerking: Dit is een heteluchtoven,

moeten worden aangepast. De
tabel hieronder toont conventionele
kooktemperaturen, temperaturen voor
heteluchtovens en gasmarkeringen.
Conventionele temperaturen moeten voor
optimaleresultaten worden omgerekend
naar temperaturen voor heteluchtovens.
Een gerecht dat bijvoorbeeld wordt
gekookt op een conventionele
temperatuur van 180 °C, zal nu gaar
worden op een temperatuur van 160°C in
deze heteluchtoven.
