KOOKINSTRUCTIES
Voorverwarming
Om de beste resultaten te krijgen,
raden wij u aan deze ongeveer 5 tot 15
minuten te laten voorverwarmen voordat
u uw gerechten in de oven plaatst. Dit is
voornamelijk belangrijk voor gerechten die
gekoeld of bevroren zijn, gebaseerd zijn op
beslag of gist, en schuimgebak.
Als u de hetelucht functie gebruikt, dient u
nog steeds voor te verwarmen, echter voor
een kortere tijd.
De gerechten in de bakinstructies hieronder
zijn gebaseerd op een voorverwarmde
oven, maar kunnen naar eigen smaak
worden aangepast.
Oven en bakgerei
Gebruik voor het bakken altijd schalen en
bakvormen van hoge kwaliteit. Schalen
en bakjes van slechte kwaliteit kunnen
in de oven vervormen en onverwachte
resultaten produceren.
Gebruik geen ovenwaren die gebarsten,
beschadigd of niet ovenbestendig zijn,
omdat deze door de hitte binnenin
de oven kunnen verbrijzelen.
Ovenroosters
Het ovenrooster dient naar boven gericht
en met de opstaande kant achter in de
oven worden geplaatst.
Plaats bakplaten en braadsledes in het
middenvanderekkenenlaatéén
rekpositie vrij tussen de rekken, zodat de
hitte kan circuleren.
Bakplaten en braadsledes
Voor de beste bakresultaten en
gelijkmatig gratineren, raden wij u
aan bakplaten en braadsledes van de
volgende afmetingen te gebruiken;
Bakplaat 350mm x 250mm
Bakplaten van deze afmeting zijn geschikt
voor tot op 12 kleine cakes.
Braadslede 370mm x 320mm
Wij raden u aan kookgerei te gebruiken
van hoge kwaliteit. Platen en sledes van
mindere kwaliteit kunnen vervormen
wanneer ze heet worden, wat tot oneven
bakresultaten leidt.
