INTRODUCTION
Cet outil est conçu pour effectuer dans le bois des
coupes droites longitudinales et transversales ainsi
que des angles d’onglet jusqu’à 45°; muni de lames
de scie correspondantes, il est capable de scier des
matériaux non-ferroux, des matériaux de construction
légers et des matières plastiques

SECURITE
ATTENTION! Lisez toutes les instructions. Le nonres-
pect des instructions indiquées ci-après peut entraîner
un choc électrique, un incendie et/ou de graves blessu-
res sur les personnes.
DANGER
Tenez les mains éloignées de la zone de coupe
et de la lame; placez votre seconde main sur la poi-
gnée avant (si les deux mains tiennent la scie, elles ne
pourront pas entrer en contact avec la lame)
Ne placez pas la main sous la pièce (le carter ne
protège pas de la lame sous la pièce)
Adaptez la profondeur de coupe à l’épaisseur de
la pièce à travailler (il faut que moins d’une dent com-
plet de la denture de lame soient visible au-dessous de
la pièce à travailler)
Ne tenez jamais la pièce à couper de la main ou
en travers de la jambe (la pièce doit être soutenue
correctement pour réduire l’exposition des parties du
corps, l’adhésion de la lame ou la perte de contrôle)
Tenez l’outil par ses surfaces antidérapantes
isolées lorsque vous effectuez une opération où
la zone de coupe peut entrer en contact avec des
ls cachés ou son propre cordon (si elles entrent en
contact avec un l sous tension, les parties métalliques
exposées de l’outil risquent d’électrocuter l’utilisateur)
Lorsque vous sciez, utilisez toujours un guide
parallèle (vous améliorerez la précision de la coupe et
réduirez les risques d’adhésion de la lame)
Utilisez toujours des lames de taille et forme
adéquates aux trous de montage (diamant ou ar-
rondi) (les lames qui ne correspondent pas à la ferrure
de xation de la scie se déplaceront de façon excentri-
que, entraînant une perte de contrôle)
Only use a saw table provided with a switch that pre-
vents restarting of the motor after interruption of volt-
age
Only use a saw table provided with a kerf guide
Always disconnect plug from power source be-
fore making any adjustment or changing any acces-
sory
WHEN CONNECTING NEW 3-PIN PLUG (U.K.
ONLY):
Do not connect the blue (= neutral) or brown (= live)
wire in the cord of this tool to the earth terminal of the
plug
If for any reason the old plug is cut off the cord of
this tool, it must be disposed of safely and not left unat-
tended
Your machine is double insulated in accord-
ance with EN 50144; therefore no earthwire is
required.
MAINTENANCE
Make sure that the machine is not live when
carrying out maintenance work on the motor.
Regularly clean the machine housing with a soft cloth,
preferably after each use. Keep the ventilation slots
free from dust and dirt.If the dirt does not come off use
a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Never use
solvents such as petrol, alcohol, ammonia water, etc.
These solvents may damage the plastic parts.
The machine requires no additional lubrication.
Should a fault occur, e.g. after wear of a part, please
contact your local SBM Group dealer.
ENVIRONMENT
In order to prevent the machine from damage during
transport, it is delivered in a sturdy packaging. Most of
the packaging materials can be recycled. Take these
materials to the appropriate recycling locations. Take
your unwanted machines to your local SBM Group
dealer. Here they will be disposed of in an environmen-
tally safe way.
