N Svitare il coperchietto dal
contenitore del detersivo
N introdurre nel serbatoio del
detersivo il detersivo diluito come
prescritto – STIHL consiglia di usare
detersivo STIHL
N avvitare il coperchio con il flessibile
di aspirazione sul contenitore del
detersivo
Avendo un filetto standard, il coperchio è
adatto per i serbatoi detersivo in
commercio
N impostare con la manopola la dose
di detersivo da miscelare – come in
figura
N applicare il detersivo dal basso
verso l’alto.
Per un effetto migliore, spruzzare il
detersivo sulla superficie asciutta e
lasciarlo agire per qualche minuto.
I detersivi non devono essiccarsi
sull’oggetto da pulire.
Lavare il sistema del detersivo
Se non si deve più aggiungere alla
miscela altro detersivo:
N girare la manopola dosatrice a
sinistra su 0 % (min) fino all’arresto
N lasciare funzionare ancora per un
breve tempo l’idropulitrice con
pistola aperta, finché non esce più
detersivo dall’ugello
Calcolo e impostazione esatti della
concentrazione del detersivo
Alcuni detersivi richiedono
un’impostazione molto precisa della
concentrazione. In questo caso
calcolare la portata dell’acqua e il
consumo del detersivo
N posizionare su "0" % (min) la
manopola dosatrice del detersivo
N tenendo la pistola in un recipiente
adatto vuoto (> 20 l) azionarla
esattamente per 1 minuto
N misurare la quantità d'acqua "Q" nel
recipiente
N introdurre 2 litri di detersivo diluito
come prescritto in un recipiente
adatto (graduato da 0,1 l) – STIHL
consiglia l’uso di detersivi STIHL
N immergere il tubo di aspirazione nel
recipiente
N impostare la manopola dosatrice
per detersivi secondo la
concentrazione voluta: 0 % (min)
fino 5 % (max)
N tenendo la pistola in un recipiente
adatto vuoto (> 20 l) azionarla
esattamente per 1 minuto
N leggere sulla scala il consumo di
detersivo "QR"
Calcolo della concentrazione effettiva
del detersivo:
– QR = quantità di detersivo
consumato (in l/min)
– Q = quantità di acqua senza
detersivo (in l/min)
– V = pre-diluizione del
detersivo (in %)
Se la diluizione effettiva si discosta da
quella voluta, correggere
conformemente la posizione della
manopola dosatrice, oppure ripetere la
misurazione.
Calcolare la pre-diluizione del detersivo
in %
Se la diluizione non è indicata in
percentuale può essere determinata
secondo la seguente tabella:
