N Desenroscar la tapa del depósito de
detergente
N Echar detergente STIHL en el
depósito de detergente en la
dilución prescrita – STIHL
recomienda utilizar detergentes

N Enroscar la tapa con la manguera
de aspiración en el depósito de
detergente
La tapa tiene una rosca estándar y se
ajusta a los bidones de detergente
habituales.
N Ajustar el caudal del detergente a
mezclar con el asidero de
dosificación – como en la ilustración
N Aplicar el detergente de abajo hacia
arriba
Para obtener un efecto mejor, rociar la
superficie seca con detergente y dejarlo
actuar algunos minutos.
Los detergentes no deberán secarse en
el objeto a limpiar
Enjuagar el sistema de detergente
Si se quiere dejar de mezclar
detergente:
N Girar el asidero de dosificación
hacia la izquierda hasta el tope a
0 % (mín.)
N Dejar funcionando la
hidrolimpiadora de alta presión
estando abierta la pistola de
proyección hasta que deje de salir
detergente de la tobera
Calcular/ajustar con exactitud la
concentración del detergente
En algunos detergentes, se ha de
ajustar la concentración con mucha
exactitud. En este caso, medir el caudal
de agua de paso y el consumo de
detergente.
N Poner el asidero de dosificación
para el detergente en "0" % (mín.)
N Sostener la pistola de proyección
en un recipiente apropiado y vacío
(> 20 l) y accionarla durante
exactamente 1 minuto
N Medir la cantidad de agua "Q" en el
depósito
N Echar 2 litros de detergente
debidamente diluido en un
recipiente apropiado (con la escala
de 0,1 l) – STIHL recomienda
emplear detergentes STIHL
N Sostener la manguera de
aspiración en el recipiente
N Ajustar el asidero de dosificación
para el detergente con arreglo a la
concentración deseada: 0 % (mín.)
hasta 5 % (máx.)
N Sostener la pistola de proyección
en un recipiente apropiado y vacío
(> 20 l) y accionarla durante
exactamente 1 minuto
N Leer el consumo de detergente
"QR" en la escala
Cálculo de la concentración real de
detergente:
– QR = cantidad de detergente
consumida (en l/min)
– Q = cantidad de agua sin
detergente (en l/min)
– V = dilución previa del
detergente (en %)
Si la concentración real diverge de la
deseada, reajustar
correspondientemente el asidero de
dosificación; repetir la medición si fuera
necesario.
Mezclar detergente
Asidero de dosificación,
hacia la izquierda: 0 % (mín.)
Asidero de dosificación,
hacia la derecha: 5 % (máx.)
