Controllare più spesso la tensione della
catena
La tensione di una catena nuova deve
essere regolata più spesso di quella di
una catena in funzione da più tempo.
Catena fredda
La catena deve poggiare sul lato
inferiore della spranga, ma deve potere
ancora essere tirata a mano sulla
spranga. Se necessario, correggere la
tensione – ved. "Messa in tensione della
catena".
A temperatura di esercizio
La catena si allunga e flette in basso. Le
maglie di guida sulla pista inferiore della
spranga non devono sporgere dalla
scanalatura – altrimenti la catena
potrebbe staccarsi. Correggere la
tensione della catena – ved. "Messa in
tensione della catena".
AVVISO
Raffreddandosi, la catena si contrae. Se
non è allentata, la catena può
danneggiare l’albero di trasmissione e i
cuscinetti.
Dopo il lavoro
N Staccare la spina di rete
N Allentare la catena se durante il
lavoro è stata tesa alla temperatura
di esercizio
AVVISO
Allentare assolutamente la catena dopo
il lavoro! Raffreddandosi, la catena si
contrae. Se non è allentata, la catena
può danneggiare l’albero di
trasmissione e i cuscinetti.
Per un periodo d’inattività più lungo
ved. "Conservazione
dell’apparecchiatura".
