Se necesitan diferentes cantidades de
aceite para los distintos largos de
espada, tipos de madera y técnicas de
corte.
: Use el tornillo de ajuste (1) (en la
parte inferior de la máquina) para
variar el ritmo de alimentación de
aceite según sea necesario.
: E = posición Ematic, caudal de
aceite mediano - gire el tornillo de
ajuste a "E" (posición Ematic)
: Para aumentar la alimentación de
aceite – gire el tornillo de ajuste en
sentido horario.
: Para reducir la alimentación de
aceite – gire el tornillo de ajuste en
sentido contrahorario.
La cadena siempre debe estar
humedecida con una capa delgada
de lubricante.
* Accesorio especial
: Invierta la barra –
cada vez que afile la cadena y cada
vez que sustituya la cadena, con
ello evitará que se produzca des-
gaste por un solo lado, especial-
mente en la punta y la parte inferior
de la barra.
: Limpie regularmente el agujero de
entrada de aceite (1),
el conducto de aceite (2) y la ranura
de la barra (3).
: Mida la profundidad de la ranura,
con el calibrador de rectificación*,
en la zona utilizada para la mayoría
de los cortes
* vea “Guía para el uso de este
manual”
Si la profundidad de la ranura es menor
que la especificada:
: Sustituya la barra guía.
De lo contrario las pestañas de los esla-
bones impulsores rasparán la parte infe-
rior de la ranura – los cortadores y las
amarras no viajarán sobre los rieles de
la barra.
