: Coloque los trinquetes (6) en el
rotor de la cuerda.
: Instale la arandela (7) en el poste
del arrancador.
: Use un destornillador o alicates
adecuados para instalar la pinza de
resorte (2) en el poste del
arrancador y sobre las espigas del
trinquete; la pinza de resorte debe
apuntar en sentido horario – vea la
ilustración.
Tensado del resorte de
rebobinado
: Forme un bucle con la cuerda de
arranque sin enrollar y utilícelo para
girar el rotor seis revoluciones
completas en el sentido de la flecha.
: Sujete firmemente el rotor.
: Tire y enderece la cuerda torcida.
: Suelte el rotor y vaya soltando la
cuerda lentamente de modo que
ésta se enrolle en el rotor.
El mango de arranque debe quedar
firmemente en el buje guía de la cuerda.
Si el mango cae hacia un lado: Dele una
vuelta adicional al rotor de la cuerda
para aumentar la tensión del resorte.
Cuando la cuerda de arranque se
extiende completamente, debe ser
posible girar el rotor por lo menos media
vuelta adicional. En caso contrario, el
resorte está sobretensado y podría
romperse.
: Quítele una vuelta de la cuerda al
rotor.
Sustitución del resorte de
rebobinado roto
: Quite el rotor de la cuerda.
Los pedazos de resorte en la caja
del ventilador todavía pueden estar
bajo tensión y podrían salir
lanzados cuando los saque de la
caja. Para reducir el riesgo de
lesionarse, póngase guantes,
anteojos y protector facial.
: Utilice un destornillador para quitar
cuidadosamente las piezas del
resorte de la caja.
: Lubrique el resorte nuevo con unas
cuantas gotas de aceite sin resina.
: Coloque el resorte nuevo con el
marco de retención en la caja del
ventilador; la espiral del resorte
debe engranarse en la orejeta de la
caja.
