N Modifique el calibrador de
profundidad de modo que quede a
ras con el calibrador de afilado
N Después rectifique el borde anterior
del calibrador de profundidad hasta
dejarlo paralelo con respecto a la
marca de servicio (vea la flecha) –
al hacer esto, tenga cuidado de no
bajar el punto más alto del
calibrador de profundidad
N Coloque el calibrador de afilado
sobre la cadena de aserrado – el
punto más alto del calibrador de
profundidad deberá estar a aras
con el calibrador de afilado
N Después del afilado, limpie la
cadena de aserrado
completamente, quitándole las
partículas metálicas y el polvo –
lubrique la cadena de aserrado
completamente
N En caso de que la cadena de
aserrado pasará por un período
prolongado sin usarse, guárdela en
condición limpia y lubricada
El resto del eslabón impulsor con
saliente no debe limarse; de lo
contrario esto puede aumentar la
propensidad de culatazos con la
motosierra.
